Why this gift works
The Aothia desk pad is a single-sided faux leather (PU) desk pad with a non-slip suede-style backing. This listing is gray, 36 x 17 inches - big enough for a keyboard, mouse and a notepad. Aothia describes the surface as waterproof and stain-resistant; it wipes clean with a damp cloth.
A good desk pad protects the desk, gives a smoother surface for writing and makes an office look put together. It is an inexpensive, polished gift that works for a new attorney setting up their first office.
Who is this gift for?
Great for
- An attorney setting up a first office
- A home office that needs to look professional on video calls
Think twice if
- They want genuine leather
The catch
It arrives rolled and may need a day or two under weight to lie flat, it is synthetic PU leather rather than real leather, and sun and heat can fade or warp it.
Skip for someone who wants genuine leather, or who works at a glass desk they like to show off.
