It measures about 10 x 7.75 x 15 inches and weighs 2 lb empty, with a fleece-lined headset pocket, a padded iPad pocket, 14 internal pockets, a quick-access back pocket and outside pockets for a radio, flashlight, fuel tester and water bottle. The inside is a high-visibility orange fleece so small things are easy to find.
