It alerts the rider, visually and with a tone, to vehicles approaching from up to 140 meters (153 yards) behind, on a compatible Garmin Edge bike computer, select Garmin watches or the Garmin Varia smartphone app. Garmin lists up to 6 hours in solid mode and 16 hours in day flash, IPX7 water resistance, a weight of 2.5 ounces and daylight visibility of up to a mile.
