Checking Order Status:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within six days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, orders cannot be canceled.

While you report damaged or incorrect products must submit photo evidence within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund to be issued. If product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, claims must be submitted to the shipping carrier directly.

Missing orders must be reported within a specified timeframe for investigation. Failure to report within this timeframe deems the product delivered and satisfactory.

To request a refund, return, or exchange:
